🕙Extend lock duration

Step 1: Go to the Lock Details panel on the Lock VXD page

Step 2: Click on the “Extend Lock Time” button (If the button is disabled then the remaining duration is more than 12 epochs and you cannot extend the lock duration)

A window with "updated remaining duration" will pop up. If the remaining lock-in time is less than 12 epochs, your locking period will be extended by an additional 12 epochs. It is crucial to carefully review the information before confirming, as the extension is irreversible. Once the period has been extended, the penalty for early unlocking will be calculated based on a total lock duration of 24 epochs instead of the previous 12 epochs.

Step 3: Click on the “Confirm” button and confirm the transaction in your wallet
